DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We provide standard shipping within India. Once dispatched, domestic shipping takes 12-15 business days. In case there is a delay in production, we will immediately contact you regarding the same. We have carefully chosen shipping partners due to their reputations for prompt and reliable services. Despite this, deliveries are occasionally delayed, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer EXPRESS SHIPPING for domestic orders within India only at an additional charge. If you would like to opt for EXPRESS SHIPPING, please connect with our team prior to placing your order so we can confirm product availability and whether the style is ready to ship. EXPRESS SHIPPING charges are additional and will be shared by our team at the time of request.

FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship worldwide however timelines and rates will vary basis your location. There is an additional shipping fee charged for international shipping. The shipping rates will be visible and added on check out. Once processed and dispatched, international shipping takes 15-20 business days.

Any additional taxes, custom duties or VAT applicable must be covered by the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping fee. Please contact your local customs office for current custom charges applicable before you place your order so that you are not suprised by the customs charged on your parcel at the time of delivery. Once your shipment is dispatched and if you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded.

We are not liable for any delays or issues with shipments once they have been dispatched from our headquarters. Delays, damages or loss of packages must be taken up with the courier company directly.

Refusal to Accept Shipment:
If a shipment is refused, rejected, left unclaimed, or not accepted by the customer for any reason (including but not limited to refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import charges), please note that the order will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or chargeback once dispatched. Any costs incurred due to refusal of delivery, return-to-origin, storage, customs handling, or disposal may remain the responsibility of the customer.
